Wondering why thread was modded

Now I will admit that I have disagreed with the rules before but the closing of one of my recent threads has left me puzzled. The thread (ITT: Educational things) contained only 2 video clips and some comments. One video is from a tv show on PBS kids and the other is a normal informational clip Maybe I missed a few scenes because I would very much like to know how either of those could be found offensive in any way.

I place this thread in Shenanigans because I would like a semi serious response and this is the section that it relates to. I do not think it is wrong to request a formal apology and that the thread be restored to its original state.

Sorry dude but the best you'll get is someone saying "Pikamemnon thread". The reason why they closed it is because it lacked any purpose or sense (like most things in this section) with the plus they don't like you. Southperry minds are too evolved for too-young kids and it is they way to try to mold you into one of them (like with maplefreak) :/

Haha, then you tell me why it was locked. Probably not so much the spam aspect of it, but simply because it was pikamemnon that did it. That and the video in question had obvious inklings towards pedophilia.

I wanted to see how long it's been since he locked a thread, so I went to his previous post, and surprise surprise, the last post he made was to lock a thread.

Is this a food thread now or something?
