It was actually way more than that. I got all of them to lv9 already when Nexon decided to roll them all back to lv6. Needless to say obscenities were uttered.

Not sure if serious.

People already tried it, and it's already been confirmed you can't get Pot on a MoN or any other fused item with no slots.

Sounds very familiar, although I didn't get all my rings to 9 before the rollback. I think it was 25 or so. Nevertheless, obscenities were uttered here as well.
Still, all's well that ends well. Got all 36 tradeable (Left the ones on my main chars untradeable. Can't see any reason to ever sell them, and this gives them a bit more chance to survive a hacking).
So much free time now!

Was all happy i passed my first 25%(after blowing up 9 1h axes/bws in a row on 1st scroll), then i realized it was magic attack

Is your diligence maxed? I've noticed between my two characters (77 diligence compared to 0), that the extra % chance of success makes a HUGE difference with those 25%s.

i dont even know what level diligence my demon slayer has, but its not very high.
