The amount of ad revenue generated by this "outrageous" situation Nexon's having is probably keeping Nexon afloat right now.

But I need some sort of ETA. I don't want to constantly not know what will happen or if I will miss something. No matter how many extensions, it's just to damn annoying to sit here and not know if nexon has even done anything let alone being nearly done. If I get an extension at least I have a chance of that one not extending. But N/A times are(to me) like an extension at all times.
That's just me, I guess

I'm going to be the person that says the obvious: Hardware does not take this much time or effort to troubleshoot and replace. Yeah for a system this large it is no picnic, but it's been two weeks? Ish? All you're saying is that nexon is as productive at fixing this as 3D Realms was when making Duke Nukem Forever, which is something we all already know.

I never said they weren't incompetent.
Just that it's not as easy as "check what changed in the past week" or "load backup from last month and compare".
