Yes, this. i had a perfect +3 on my hero main ... but i wanted one for my DS. i had the coins for the pads already, but ideally i wanted to use the scrolls.

its okay though, i ended up using M. chaos scrolls and final result was +7 str/dex and + 8 atk. at the cost of 200m. not bad.

Unless extractions show changes to said mobs and/or an addition of the Pirate boss, then nothing was changed nor added.

Yes, you need to have all three of them out at the same time to activate the skill.
