What are you playing?
Been playing Space Pirates and Zombies. Very fun game. I seem to really enjoy space shooter/strategy games.

Also finished Saints Row The Third. Debating whether if I should 100% it.

<--- has got his copy of XIII-2*

Will play in like 15mins when I get home. Really excited for it. I was one of the few rare people who genuinely loved FFXIII.

XIII-2 is the exact opposite of XIII in every way.

Including the dialogue. It is horrific at points.

Oh lord. I'm almost afraid to ask.

Just started on my second playthrough for Tales of Xillia. Played Jude's route the first time, now I'm playing Milla's.

Damn my completionist streak; I get incredibly agitated whenever I miss something and it gets lost forever. Like those four monsters that only "spawn" when summoned by a certain bonus boss which I somehow killed so fast it couldn't summon anything.

By the way, you know that big, strong looking guy with a X-shaped scar on his forehead and a BFS in the game's opening? Yeah, him. He's a fucking pushover. I'm playing on the highest damn difficulty, and he's still way too easy to beat. I wonder if it would've killed them to make him a little tougher...

Currently playing Dragon Quest V on my trusty DS Lite.

Thinking about starting another character on Dark Souls.

God yes. At least in the beginning for me. It definitely got better with the time shenanigans and alternate timelines and ancient lore but errr I'll eat those words later on and punch my TV in rage. Game plays good but I swear the beginning was so many JRPG cliches that it made me think I was playing Kingdom Hearts without the Disney charm or any charm for that matter. /endcritical

Really like that the game isn't on rails anymore. The ability to go back to places should be a must in all FFs, I don't know why they didn't in the first one. Also, minor tweeks to the battle system(paradigms decks saving, party leader switching, not getting a fucking game over when the party leader dies) makes the game soo soo nice. Like I said before though, I loved everything the first one had but this one makes everything so much more playable.

Been dabbling in the Gotham City Impostors beta. It's got some really dope concepts in there but the gameplay in general is kinda bland.

Playing Gunstar Heroes.

One of the best games of all time. Something most of you plebs won't experience.

Been playing Mass Effect 2 lately. Already have 40 hours invested. Working on mining and lots of N7 side missions right now. Still have four Loyalty missions left and Overlord left, too. Then it's back to the main story... Crazy stuff. Amazing game. Way longer and more involved than I imagined. It's so incredible exploring so many different worlds and races. Feels like you're really part of it. The varying relationships you share with the huge range of characters really pleases me. Not so shallow and pointless like some games. I'm already a massive sucker for interplanetary sci-fi...but this is brilliant. With all of the decisions and different ways to play (builds, squads, strategies, etc), it's very tempting to do several playthoughs...

But I'm trying to be done before Mass Effect 3!

Man, and some of the missions are SO wonderful it's hard to even find words to describe my feelings about them. Like Kasumi's Loyalty mission. Hooooly crap. That was so much fun. And the mission INSIDE a Collector ship. That atmosphere...that constant uneasy feeling something is about to go wrong. Not to mention the overwhelming interior design. Love it. AND the Shadow Broker mission! That was GOD-tier from start to finish. Especially breaking into the Broker's ship during that crazy lightning storm.

Definitely moved way up my favorites list.

So much to do, so little time to do it anymore. I still really want to replay REmake and Majora's Mask sometime in the near future. I've been having strong urges to replay the Dead Space series AGAIN. I get withdrawals, I think... And I need to find some time to play Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia for the first time. Never got around to it but I really want to.

All this with AT LEAST Mass Effect 3 and Resident Evil 6 coming out this year...it's starting to feel overwhelming. I think I need to start dedicating some weekday time to console video games again.

And I'm thinking about getting Metroid Prime 3 since I own a Wii now, just to say I've finished the trilogy. I'm sure it will be the worst of the three, though. Who knows when I'll get around to that.

so I found some second hand stuff for my PSP and this is what I'm playing now!

- Lumines II. (I've been addicted to puzzle games for a while now. This one is really difficult. And you only have to match 2 colors! Jeez.

- Disgaea I. Finally got around to play Disgaea. I'm getting ready for Disgaea 3 on the Vita so this is amazing for now. The game is always so over the top. Only 4 bucks in gamestop lol

- Ys: The Oath in Felghana. After Ys 7 I wanted to play Oath, and now I get the chance. The bosses are stupid though. I don't get the hang of the timing and I end up fighting a boss for 3 or 4 times before I get the hang of it and not get hurt so much or just die. Damn it gets frustrating sometimes.

- Persona 2: Innocent Sin. Damn PERSONA YAY. As always the story is being a clusterf'uck of awesomeness, but the gameplay and the fights is slooooow. I want to get rid of the fights just to read the story. I dunno. I'm just getting Auto-Play to finish the battles for me before I get tired.

And slowly making my way through FFTA. I should finish my replay sometime soon Smile

Yay for having things to play now. I'm super excited about them all Big Grin

I'm currently revisiting the Xenosaga series, along with Persona 4. c:

I recently beat Corpse Party for the PSP, though. I'm glad I have random pillows scattered through my room, because I threw my PSP so many times from flipping out. ;__;

I'm also playing Fate/Extra and Disgaea 2 on my PSP as my casual games.. ones that I can pick up and put down whenever c:
