He's been dead an awful long time, even if he did have them at one point (and there is no reason to think he wouldn't), the bodies he would be controlling would need to be somewhere near him, with Chakra rods implanted in them (And you know, not decomposed horrifically). He probably could have them, but unless kabuto has found 6 chakra rods to stick into 6 bodies for Madara to use, he shouldn't have them (at the moment).

True, but I was under the impression that the 6 paths of pain is the multiple body thing, not the actual techniques. We know for sure that a Rinnegann user can use all 6 techniques at once if they need to, since Edo-Nagato was able to use all 6 at will

Oh, didn't know you were looking at that angle. Zombie Madara can still make use of the expanded field of vision using his susanoo though. Especially since it seems like it has two heads.

I'm not sure what you mean. Naruto pulled out the stakes after his talk with the tailed beasts, then Madara was forced to hold them with chains and reseal the remaining tailed beasts back into the demonic statue, since he couldn't control them anymore and Narutos transformation into Kuruma ended.

Naruto will travel into the past at a later date and be known as the Sage of Six Paths.
