4 Potential Lines!?

Looks like a glitch. I never heard of any version having 4-line potentials, nor did GMS extractions ever show the addition of a new cube or anything leading us to think that they will definitely add a way to add a 4th line.

Of course it's a glitch or a hack. We've already established that much.

The question I'm interested in having answered is if the 4th line of potential on these equips actually work, of if it's just an ornamental thing where these hackers can just show off something that isn't useful.

If Nexon makes p.cubes increase to 4 lines i'm going to shoot myself in the kneecap.

Thing is, iirc, premium cubes don't work on legendary equips. So, you would be faced with a whole pile of legendary gear that would be stuck at 3 lines. I just don;t see it happening unless they add the functionality to Super cubes too.

Sounds pretty obligatory that if they do an upgrade to pcubes to 4 lines they would extend it to work on legendary stuff too. It needed an update for that by itself. Might as well throw in 4 lines while they're at it.

er... assuming 71+ gear, legendary adds 9% stat to 3 line equips.... a 4th line adds 9% in legendary tier, or only 6% to uniques... it compounds the problem but legendary is probably worse because of weapon potentials and glitchable skills...

I meant because it once again forces anyone who cares to recube everything in order to try and get stronger. 4 lines is beneficial on every single piece of equipment in the game. Legend is so far only worth it on weapons to most people. Not to mention it creates an even higher tier of funding because 4 main stat lines is exponentially harder to get than 3 main stat lines.

Or they could do what KMS did, And create a CS item that automatically adds a 3rd line to an item. I believe it was some sort of Ink bottle or something.

Not sure if relevant but the pserver I've been messing with can go up to 5 lines, and it's a direct mirror of the current game.

Unless you got a hold of the server software that Nexon uses, it is not a direct mirror of the game. An emulator != direct mirror.

Not to mention the fact that, even if it were, they could always add their own features to it.
I imagine it'd be rather trivial to add more lines.

iono if this is relevant or not but a certain pserver that updated to legend was able to make 4th line or even 5th line weapon. don't know how they did it but it's quite popular so it may be a new nexon thing

Hmm I guess that's possible. Not really sure. Would definitely take some extreme luck.
