seems like it's just nexon messing up on scs, There was a 4k attack ring by a scania hero before. As well as we saw a 30k bma scg. Pretty sure if hackers wanted a good attack item, the hero wouldn't of done it on his ring

Guys, stop with the worthless speculation and just wait for Hamad to arrive with the real answer.
