Post-Union Viper build
#21
If you had no cooldown on Nautilus and 15 targets and maxed Energy Blast, you would charge 2326 energy per second. Dragon Strike charges 2963 energy per second on six targets.

No, I do CPQ because it's good enough exp for me to spend 10 minutes every time I remember I'm logged in and it's 15 or 45 past the hour.

Also, I don't think you understand that it's the slowest skill in the game.

I don't think you understand that it really doesn't matter. At all.

Well this build wasn't made for you and you alone. It was made for the majority.

I will ( if I ever get that far , scks not being able to play any 2x events with so many going T.T) max dragon strike between mw and nautilus , really , right now dragon strike to lazor is barrage to demolition , an attack that isn't worth maxing because you aren't going to use it for more than 5 seconds ( maybe mobre , but right now with the new energy charge it's usually 5 seconds) , but before nautilus because nautilus is purely for show.... it has a cd and lazor deals more damage to less targets and with more range .... really , with lazor I don't see a purpose for nautilus except for some pq and for show-off

on 4th job I did 1 on all important skills , max dice , max revenge , max vipersition , 19 to lazor ( would have been 15 if I knew about HOW GOOD it's guard crush and that lazor at 15 starts to hit 9 , would reset but will max guard crush before getting an sp reset) , 20 to guard crush ( 18 now) , then max lazor , then max for , and so on

Bad comparison because barrage had multiple very important uses that warrants it's use at any given point in bossing situations. You're still right though.

Why Up all Buffs than Mobbing Skills???

Energy Blast is better than DS?

I thought Dragon Striker is better?? It has good damage plus it is very FAST Big Grin

Making a buff useful is more important than making an attack better.

You can tell laser > ds by looking.

Quote:Off-topic: to the vipers out there, I found a glitch with the new Character card system.
The Mechanic's special effect is to add duration to buffs (which is nice for Dice, as you can keep the better rolls slightly longer and reroll the crappy rolls just as often as normal) BUT the glitch is this: If you roll a double dice, and the skill cools down but you have it on still (due to the +duration of the mechanic card) and you roll a 1 or 1/1, the double dice stays on indefinitely. I had Double 4's on for several hours one time.

Decent CO accomplishes this anyway, and it happens with any roll.

Tested it a few days ago and it turns out it's just client sided.

You've mentioned that a lot, and I have no idea what it is.

It poisons you and I believe it triggers Pirate's Revenge.

It's a pill the npc russellon gives in one of his quest. 50 damage poison DoT to your character for 5 minutes. It activates pirate's revenge constantly and if you put the pill in storage you can stack them and re-obtain them as much as you want.
