GMS Server Status Discussion 2012-01

Yeah, I'm still getting the error too. Hmm...
Never actually seen this problem occur before. Usually I get the message when trying to log in or choose a channel, but never got it at the PIC.

Ok, so here is the pomegranate that just hit me.

1) I lost the exp I just got from my zak run, do not have the eye of fire and lost the 50 charm I had from equipping a random zhelm.
2) Duped an energizer in my inventory/storage
3) Am currently hellbanned. Nexon'd.

That explains why the game closed on me while I was alt tabbed a little bit ago. Glad I wasn't doing anything, heh.

Seems like all of us online at the crash were tradeblock banned (refuse to call it hell ban, it is a stupid term).

Clicking on Frederick and storage crashes the game for me in Khaini.

So far, seems that half of the people I've talked to in alliance and buddy chat have been trade blocked. Sucks... good night all, I'll see you tomorrow when the riots start.

Was it just Khaini affected? I'm still in-game in Nido, spiked a few times in the last 35 min or so but didn't disconnect.

Yeah, only Khaini went down entirely.

Same with my DS. Was going to train for a few more hours before going to bed but nope, Nexon's gotten screw that up. lol

I was able to log onto my account and my Demon Slayer just fine. What does trade-blocked mean, exactly? If it means what it sounds like it describes exactly, I sure hope I wasn't affected.

Also trade-blocked means exactly what the name says. Can't trade, can't use storage.

Is this a new feature of nexon's or something? Where if a server is forcefully crashed it just tradeblocks every single person who was online at the time? That's pretty stupid to be honest. Also, a certain website says it's duping and all that jazz. What a surprise.

It seems fairly new or whatever, because Scania asploded one day and everyone got hellbanned as well.
Dunno about the other servers...
