DeanNim Wrote:inb4 deep fried butterThe funny thing is, this christmas my family got a deep frier to fry a turkey, and the first thing we did before we even put it in was deep fry a snickers bar just because everyone always talks about that. fried butter is smalltime compared to some of the stuff you can do...like, deep frying a full pig, deep frying a vat of lard, then injecting/coating the pig with the lard. Then coating it in chocolate and deep frying it again. Yeah, that's a real thing.

So I just went to Burger King through lack of other options. Asked for a large, promptly changed my mind when I saw the buckets she was going to put my drink/fries in, even though I get diet coke. Almost got me there, America.

Rick used to be fat, IIRC.
Also, Rick, you'll soon learn that in America you can eat healthy at any restaurant you go to. There are many places that offer light or vegetarian plates. Ask the cashier or waiter and they'll help you out. People here just choose to eat unhealthily.

That however is a new trend, and not true of most of the past 30 years.
