seems very private serverish ... 700k+ with their main attack skill should be impossible to do ...
the white angelic ring looks very nice.

It's the Carte Noir skill that you see, for every critical hit you make with any skill, Phantom throws a card with 220% damage, which can also critical at normal critical rate:

999.999 / 1.8 (Sharp Eyes) / 2.2 = Only 252,525 attack range needed, not impressive by far...

Everything below 999.999 is weak imo... Unless you're playing without NX...
