GR2d Problem?

I just installed MS on my computer
and it acts like it is fine until I click play then GG runs
and Instead of the NEXON screen popping up
I get a GR2D which claims to be some sort of
Monitor/resolution problem.

EDIT: I've found the problem..
My friend cleaned my harddrive and now my Video Card drivers and Direct X is missing.
Anyone know how to help me?
