I'd like to point out that there are different teams for the games.
They might do a USC, but I doubt they would shut it down like how Mabinogi did.
It's the flipping cash cow, any hour of downtime affects the money coming in. Only Combat Arms is the other cash cow.

I don't think anything will be completed or fixed until Demon Slayer's release.

So basically, marketing jobs, some technical server up-keep, and a Customer Service manager job that's been posted for like 2 years now.

The jobs they are requesting for that are "technical" specific are pretty much the explanation why maplestory functions as it is. They don't have anyone with much experience or high qualifications at all I reckon

Channel crashes can't be used to dupe in EMS, so I don't see why GMS Nexon can't fix their servers to do the same.

This hack doesn't even affect anyone.

Not YET. Hacks like these take a bit before they manifest into the public world and then...then affects everyone.

I guess it's like every other company that has training programs from time to time and they send their employees to different locations.

Really it's +12 and higher for weapons, +16 and up for armor, since the Golden Hammers they're using - if they weren't hacked - do add 1 extra upgrade slot. You're just not supposed to be able to use 300+ of them on an item.

Ease of preventing dupes really depends on the quality of their database. Presumably the problem is that inventories, storage, MTS, etc. all use different tables, meaning you can't just check unique keys when inserting new rows, or search across a single table for items with issues. There are of course synchronicity issues when you have a dozen servers editing the same table, but during server checks duped items should disappear if they do any DB upkeep.

I had a golden hammer 100%, it didn't even add at all, it worked just like a normal hammer, maybe 50% is different

I used a 50% once and it works the same way. There's some exploit involving them.

Not too mention basil has some 'Im banned threads.', so maybe it started? The ban was perma for leeching too O.o Kinda harsh?

harsh? Hah, well-deserved. Hoping lots more join them. Hopefully people keep it on the hush hush for now too so that LHC doesn't do a huge evacuation out of nowhere to prevent getting the hammer.

Not in the least. Nexon has to have some sort of authority in their game and by permanently banning people may be less likely to try it again.

Well if it started I wouldn't be surprised if none are reported yet. As soon as basil is filled with it, good portion of people will stop.
