Basil thread says it's a hack involving the golden hammer(50% chance of +1 slot) or something, so they can 'endlessly' scroll. <_<

My sister just explained it to me, basically they can exploit it to give them endless slots, so they can 255 EVERYTHING.
Maple's done at this point. The game has literally turned into a PServer unless Nexon can stop this.
