Jungle Singed is pretty nuts atm. Saint's been having huge success with him in ranked.

obviously the first time i pick veigar I have to lane against MR rune stacking kassadin. Wonderful.

i dunno why jungle singed is suddenly this popular but was never considered good before, he can kill creeps/deal damage pretty good without giving up any of his tankyness and his ganks are pretty insane, slow em first and then toss em over your shoulder. done.

The "high ELO people do it, so we want to copy" fad that started way back before launch has never really gone away. Sometimes it's pretty cool to see good ideas brought down lower in the ranks, sometimes it's just funny. Same thing happens when Phreak does a champ spotlight.

Its funny how Innervating Locket got removed some weeks after the Ionian vs. Noxus match. Even though the "official reason" was because of Sona potentially making it OP if used on her (IIRC), I had a feeling that seeing Guardsman Bob using it on Udyr had also played a part in its removal.
