Well, I'm now guildless, of my own choosing.
One of the Jr.'s, a level 200, was spamming that he was buying a 5xx att dagger in guild and alliance chat.
I asked him what the pineapple was wrong with him, and he said that everyone who was anyone had one.
I told him "With all due respect, which is, frankly, very little, you're a weak individual and a fool. This is the last straw. I'm leaving this guild after 6 months, and good riddance to you all."

And 301 nisrocks and other hacked weapons, are now going for under 6bil in windia, a price that wouldn't even buy you a endgame legit weapon a few months ago.

Are dupe hacks public now or something?

From the looks of things, the hackers are getting more confident each week since the 23rd. First they make the familiar hack public and ruin legit grinding, now legend coin exploits and dupe hacks are being made public, along with a no-boom hack...

From the looks of things, either:
-Nexon has left the building and won't come back until the 31st. In that time, a meso exploit came out, as well as a just-as-public-as-familiar-hack dupe hack, which forced a rollback to december 23rd. v1.05 is made to activate the new classes immediately (because the ingame calendars wound back and we would have to wait more) and everyone is compensated 50k maplepoints and there is no x2.
-Nexon shuts down Maple from January 4th-6th, re-opening it with all the hacks fixed and no rollback... only for all that to be unpatched in v1.05 (because that ALWAYS pineappleING HAPPENS).

There is no public dupe or public coin exploit.
Hackers are just mass liquidating their items for same reason.
For the past 3 days, the same hackers have been smegaing the same items, except they get 1-2b cheaper each day.
Either they're afraid of some kind of repercussion from nexon(not sure why they would be) or they just want to get rid of stuff.

Also, I haven't even bothered logging on for more than 5 minutes in the past month due to my goddamn character still being completely broken.

I understand liquidating to get Mesos to convert to NX, but why would you need WS to prepare for legendary potential? Shouldn't 10 ATK WG's or something be inflating instead?

EDIT: I just read a post earlier in this thread about a no-boom hack. WS are probably inflating because the hackers are scrolling with 20%'s =_=

I DM'ed -Hime- with some info about the current hacks/exploits, no answer. Which isn't typical, because she usually does answer DMs. I'd guess they're aware of it, though, going by her other tweets. Whether Nexon will do anything... we can only hope.

I was always under the assumption that Nexon would need to make a patch in order to kill the hack(s) unless I'm missing something. Don't get why people assume a SC can stop it outside of banning the hackers.

Read the SC thread and you'll know it was a SCHEDULED F'UCKING MAINTENANCE that had literally no bearing on any kind of fix(s).

The server really should be able to ban people whose green mushroom familiars are 1hkoing LHC mobs, and it wouldn't need a client side patch for that. There are definitely ways to fix it server side, question is if Nexon America can use them, since they seem to farm out patches to Nexon KR.

It just sounds like the same type of fix that was given for no delay to me. They can't migrate the files to the server or else it won't work, so of course the answer lies in getting the server to actually do some checks and balances.

At least we can expect a few GMs to patrol the maps until nexon gets rid of the hack.
