It seems that she likes tanky characters ― she loves Cho and Maokai so far, but she said Janna wasn't that bad.

Alistar Fav champion so far cause he can support and tank and has CC (funny thing is, I tend to get some ridiculous scores with him. I've gone 10/5/20 with him multiple times in normal blind pick games, with variation of course [cause i don't have enough champs for ranked]). I've been thinking about playing Maokai too, but i don't have the IP to afford him and don't want to spend monies on him :C

Because playing tanks its all about damage right? Same with support

My advice is to not learn a character you can't carry a game with via sheer force until you're at least level 25.

Irelia is really nice too. Off tank Irelia is scary strong.

just played top lane vayne for the first time, totally stomped a karthus even though i had to take a phonecall halfway through.

My advice is to not learn a character you can't carry a game with via sheer force until you're at least level 25.

And thats why we have such a lack of people willing to go support/tank when they reach 30, because they only want to focus carry themselves :/

See that doesn't work when the rest of your team auto locks 4 AD carries >_>

I usually wait and see what role is missing. I can't play tank for crap, so I usually take Morgana if our team is like this, or whatever AD/AP we're missing.

haha that's what I do too. Too bad I'm lightweight terrible at this game. I usually end up support/tank though cause people liek2carry every game. Hell there are often so many carries in the game that we can have 2 carries top lane and one in mid and 1 bottom with a support cause no one jungles at my nub level. But even the support doesn't support really. all they do is go APand try to kill people.

honestly unless you're playing ranked pineapple the roles. play the hardest carry you can play or be prepared to rage because your team SUCKS ASS

speaking of carries, i've picked up vayne and i'm finally getting used to her. best score of my team in the last 2 games, last game 13/4/3 or something

If people would learn a little more of what is to really play a tank and support at low level they may even really like those roles and people could actually go in ranked play (And be sucessful at it) more soonish than now... but i guess thats a little too much to ask, human race being the most plantainish species in the world and all that.[/STRIKE]

Nvm, i know a lost cause when i see one.

If you have to tank, be smart and pick a tank that can carry.
Rammus and Maokai are mean tanks who can jungle as well, therefore can provide lane assistance and early game dominance.
Galio is one of the few tanks who can lane, and he also has good burst and a great ult.
Alistar can be a 0 cs support but still be a tank with his ult.

If you can cover two roles with one champion you'll have a huge impact for your team.

I like playing morgana support. The problem is if my team sucks I can't do too much about it outside of what I'm already doing.

I'll probably pick up singed as tank or use whatever tank is free.
People like to just get kills, so tank support doesn't fit.

Carries are fun and all, but I'm still too low leveled skill wise and end up dying too much. Which is generally a bad thing for a carry.

Watching HSGG on stream setting up a sofa - in front of 10K viewers - is somewhat of a nice change of scenery (and lulzworthy at the same time).

I haven't found a hard carry I really like yet ― Ahri and Trist are top contenders right now, mostly because of their ability to go zoom zoom. And Kennen is always really fun. Classes just started for zhe waifu, but she tried Cait and liked her. Everyone she wants to try keeps getting insta-locked, lol.

WHAT'S THAT ABOUT SUPPORT RAY-RAY. Only the last game was where we actually destroyed their Nexus, lololol.

A Cait kept complaining I was KSing them, but what am I to do when I put a bomb on someone and no one burst them down yet? >__>;

Yeah, definitely true. I really need to learn a tank so I can fill that role, not be forced into Support every time.

Happens a lot in Holy Trinity MMO's too (swap out Support for Healer), makes me excited to see how Guild Wars 2's system will work out.
