Ok. Confused now. Is it a nerf to the individual monster to where it doesn't cause statuses, or is it a change with White Tiger? Or both?

No, that case neither applies in PvE or PvP anymore now. Also, the attacks that emanated from lightning amulet and tigers used to induce status reprisal from Agonis during his red mode. Now they don't.

Ok. I guess that's a good thing, it was kindof a weird quirk to the skills. It was fun to troll Exos/Nens that way though

Selist buffs Steyr, Flamethrower, Fire Pillar, Stinger, and EX Stinger. Alicia buffs Quantum, Laser, Silver Bullet, and Satellite Beam. They're about equally good, with +Light being more expensive to stack. I'm sticking with +Light, though.

Don't forget how OPed Light is at end-game. You can probably just stack Aracloso enchants and it'll suffice.

Yeah, I intend to once I have accessories worth enchanting. Aiming for either a Pel Los or the Screaming necklace first.
