Familiar Hack

Sometimes they do. Unless there's an official notice or something since the last time they did it?

Not that that would surprise me.

MChaos were 20m, and MMBs were 25m in Scania already(MMBs were already sold with hundreds in stock per mule store long before this patch). A few mill less won't change anything here on those two, but I haven't seen all books deflating yet.

Only way they'll be able to recover from all the damage, for sure. Whether they'll do it or not is another story...

Going to be the devil's advocate here, and say I don't see what's so horrible about mastery books becoming obtainable.

Not that I support hacking/duping/exploiting, but now that it's happened/happening, is rolling back really better than just leaving those books and miracle chaoses around? (We know they won't roll back two weeks, so the hacked leveling won't be undone. Just the books and scrolls.)

Agree with sapta. Books being spammed from some legend coin exploit or what have you is one thing (a beneficial thing). Other things being spammed is something else. Miracle chaoses aren't really that detrimental either.

It's way too late for a rollback of any kind.

Yea I agree, I do not see what is so bad about the mystery books or chaos scrolls really, other than the fact that I hate cheating in general. Dupers and botters already held the market on those items and a rollback would not do much. I hope for a lot of bans for this and all the LHC issues instead.

Dupers and botters held the market on books because Nexon gave them the opportunity. Miracle scrolls were being added to the market on a significant basis hourly. These issues are so far below familiar hacking/duping/exploiting of any kind in game right now.

Now I am seeing some Maple Legend items floating in the market in decent prices (almost Hackers didn't ruined that lol!)

rollback doesn't do anything Rolleyes you can just stick some mastery books(mw20/30?) in mts and keep it from getting rollback

This is just like when hackers killed ht/pb and drop the prices of books. Nothing new really

Also nexon is back in the office expect a sc

Why do you guys say rollback so often. Its not going to happen

Prior to this exploit, MMBs in Mardia had gone down at one point to 16m...it was only after Mercedes came out and all the higher levels starting mass buying the MMBs that the price went up to around 25m. The prices of skillbooks themselves never really changed, if anything prices of Mercedes books started to go down a bit because the few people who were desperate enough to buy the at such high prices passed them, aka, the skillbooks cycled properly as do all the others when new classes come out.

Something like that won't deem a rollback, and as far as Chaos Scrolls and Miraculous Chaos Scrolls go, they can always just do what they did last time and make them untradable/unusable, and then ban the people who have tons of them on their accounts. They may get away with a few equips, but they have to store their unused ones somewhere, and if Nexon decided to do it without announcing it, kind of puts a wrench in their plans.

I'm hopeful that there won't be a rollback, more so, I'm praying there won't be a rollback...if it's only until yesterday that's fine, but if they push one back for a week...that's going to set me back a whole lot of levels on my Mercedes that I don't think I'd be willing to get again (and I feel I speak for a lot of people when I say that too).

I think the best idea, though Nexon would never do this, is secretly have the GMs log on at some random point this week and just go through all the LHC maps and go to town perma banning everyone using/leeching from the hack...would make for an entertaining day Smile

Lol what? And even if leaving party is too complicated, Spiegelmann lets you out if you click him on every stage.

You sure this "Haemu" is a Nexon employee and not one of their volunteer mods?

i don't think volunteer mods can edit people posts. If this was the case wouldnt we see that one grant guy editing people posting and trying to keep the peace?
