Download that file, put it into soundpacks and replace the one already there. Then put a 2 after the name like sounds_char_wizard2.npk
otherwise the game will reinstall the terrible voice...
If you have an older version of the game, you can probably take that file too.
So, good news - I can play in Japan without a proxy! Somehow. Must be because two of my sources of internet count as being from Armed Forces Pacific (APO) instead of Japan. Or something. *Shrug*
Bad news - partying is a no-go. Red bars with 8/10 people, connection fail with 1/10, 3 bars with the rest. Solo Launcher forever.
FrozenHeart Awakening, all of my money, ALL OF IT!
Glacial Master's is...weird. Seems like it'd be awkward to have to sit there that long for such a short range attack. Bombers is big and flashy as expected.
I'm guessing that the reason for tigers/amulets not reflecting statuses is probably due to the fact that it's a separate entity, because it's a skill with it's own HP, just like summoner summons. Spirit rings/other item summons are connected to the player in a way skill summons aren't... it's quite strange, though I suppose the fact that the source of the summon is an item that the player was physically carrying allows the curse to reflect back from the item(assuming the player carries around the broken capsules until the summon goes away or whatever item they use to summon)?

White Tiger actually used to inflict status ailments on its caster as well, at least back at 60 cap. I've been gone for so long that I don't know when this may have changed, but I used to love throwing Saya down under 2 or 3 White Tigers to randomly freeze Exos. Nen Guard is/used to be the same way, and I'd imagine Soul Bender ghosts WOULD have been the same way if they were tangible.

They snuck in the Agonis nerf with the shitty m.fighters.
