Familiar Hack

Sigh, first everyone and their dog train/leech at glitched maps, that still hasn't been fixed even though it's been there for ages now.

Now:

Everyone and their dog leech exp off a familiar hacker/glitcher killing glitched spawn with 6x exp and soon there will be 38550383 200level kids bragging everyone how pro they are.

Nexon really tries hard to make me hate this game again.

In nutshell:

No, nowadays I don't even care when people get to high level unfairly. It's when people start bragging me about it, saying my damage sucks, I'm a slow grinder etc. OR WHEN THEY GODDAMN KS ME WITH THEIR ILLEGITLY TRAINED CHARACTERS. That's what grinds my gears.

Makes me glad I stopped caring about seriously training my 4th jobbers.
Sitting in the same map for hours upon end is just plain tedious.

I'm just pissed that this hack hasn't pushed everyone back to PQs!
I need my goggles, dammit.

Shame LHC does not have Mini Dungeons.

It's public. Everyone and their mother is using it.

It's very easy to make too. It's not even a script. It's beyond easy to make it.

Naw, make 200 a challenge again.
KMS did it, the only reason GMS didn't change it is because everybody was bitching.
I'll bet most 200's in the last 9 months wouldn't be 200 without LHC. They would have had to keep grinding at Monster Park, PQ's, and Advanced Knights.
Would have been a godsend.

That's not a good fix by any definition.
All it does is remove any reason for legits to touch LHC.

Monsters there still give a butt-ton of experience.
If hackers can kill any monsters in one hit, that's still going to be the optimal training ground for them.

Been to future Hene in the last couple days? EVERY slime, pig and snail map is jacked by hackers. I finally got a pig map on ch 1 (lolz). But I've seen the canoneers, not mercedes vac'ing the map w/ familiar. I thought it was a new wave of meso farmers because they all had character names like hjajklasfd and such. Maybe it's time to go back to Oblivion 3-5 for now.

This. Ab-so-fucking-lutely this. Future henesys and Ereve have been PACKED with 24/7 botters for the past few days. They won't even change channels when you go into their map. They seriously do not care and KNOW they will NOT get banned at all. In El Nido there were 3 dfjueiwfjofj-esque names that hit 200 in the span of about 3 hours. They're still botting away at mutated slimes. Nexon needs to actually fucking ban these people. Seriously.

How long has this exploit been out, if anyone knows? It's been public for a little over a week, but I'm assuming it's been around for longer than that. I've got no idea if this sort of thing is fixable quickly or not, and with the way Nexon are going I wouldn't expect it to be resolved any time soon at all. Given up training, just trying to raise my Empathy and Diligence now so I can use Dark Impale for longer than like.. 20 seconds at a time.

My main is a F/P and I grind solo. LHC probably would be faster but I usually only get requested to go if the party needs another leecher. It's not like I can dish out damage like Bleve. IIRC my range is only 12k-15k unbuffed/clean.

This hack annoys me; the only way to shoo these people away is to dc hack them or be over the top funded out the butt to kill all mobs within the delay of the hack. Looks like I won't be hitting 200 anytime soon with this in the way.

Heard something neat today; apparently if you use the familiar hack. You are sending all your login info to this other hacker who will eventually get to hacking your account. I'm hoping this is true so I can laugh at these idiots aha Makes a lot of sense though if that's whats happening.

Deleted every idiot on my BL who was leeching off them today. One asked 'what do morals have to do with leeching off hackers?'. Major ...-moment there.

Also, I love how familiars aren't even allowed in PvP, where I train.

I was level 185 when LHC came out, so I still would have made it to 200 eventually even without LHC. Plus even if we didn't have it, there was still Future Ereve and the revamped PQs. Surprisingly, I only gained 8 levels in LHC, 3 of those from Glitched, the rest were from PQs / Ereve.

Well, look on the bright side. Those who are legit and actually give a damn about not abusing crap like this, now have an excuse to PvP if they didn't before. In addition, it allows them to get the PQ Master Medal if they had no excuse before now (especially since the PQ now scales to your level).

Anyways, who on Windia has a guild that does Zakum runs? I'm 2/3 on the prequests, but I just want to reserve my spot in case I do end up getting a hold of the necessary amount of Gold Zombie Teeth.

Started re-doing my Time Temple quests, just got to finish Oblivion then those will be finished. Guess I'll finish off the Stronghold ones then try and max my Empathy out afterwards.

Also since when did the old vac hacks come back? Haven't seen that in like.. 2years and I go future hene and almost every map has some i/l vaccing. :f6:
