Someone's normal wins over losses were so huge (600+ more wins than losses) that he has long queue times in normals (up to an hour in most cases)

So right now I'm thinking about buying Skarnersssss and/or Lee Sin next. I'm leaning towards getting Skarnersss first since he's pretty damn good right now, especially in the jungle.

I have these questions regarding da Skarnersss

1) What is the most optimal build for him? From what I've seen, he goes Wriggles, Merc Treads, Triforce, Wit's End, then build tanky (or maybe get a Hextech Gunblade?)
2) Does x9 AS red, x9 armor seals, x9 MR glyphs, plus x3 MS quints work well for him? If not, what is the best runepage setup for him?
3) What is the order for ranking his abilities?

1.) Depending on your team's expectations, you might have to hold off on Trinity Force for later (although Sheen still boosts his damage tremendously).

3.) If you're jungling, QWEQWR. Usually you'll want to prioritize R>W>Q, though if you're raping face and you and your team are still picking off targets in ones or twos, you could up Q for the lulz and sting like crazy.

Pretty much irelia but you can opt to be more hybridized.

Wriggles, boots, Sheen, boots 2. From there you build more tanky if you need to and eventually finish triforce if you feel tanky enough or need more damage on the team. More damage items can be anything really. Wits end, atmogs/ atmallet, ghostblade, cleaver, gunblade, rageblade, etc.

R>Q>W>E. I like to have at least two points in E for early game healing. I'm not experienced with lane skarner so you could read his post for that.

Pretty much irelia but you can opt to be more hybridized.

Don't forget the early/mid-game Shurelya's!

EDIT: Since PvP.net is being pissy as ever, I decided to run a coop game just to farm my first win bonus. Managed to finish in 15:19, while playing as bumrush Skarnerssss, and the rest of the team was playing AD champs. None of the bots reached level 10 xD

Thanks. right now I'm just trying to learn as many champions as possible so I know what they do. It's hella confusing when all of a sudden you get hit by a skill you didn't expect.
