Somehow I received a free copy of Portal 2 from that pile of gifts thingie. I already own it though, so would someone be interested in trading it for something that might interest me? :o

Haven't gotten crap from the steam gift thing yet, 7 achievements in. Someone I know got the Valve complete pack already though. Though I did notice something odd. I gave someone a coupon I wasn't going to use for the trade achievement, and everything seemed to go though, but I still have the coupon in my inventory. Are coupons free handouts that are infinitely available? If anyone still needs the trade achievement, just let me know, and I'll throw that same coupon at you to see if my estimations are correct.

LATE EDIT: Turns out it was lag. Like 2 hour delay lag. Coupon's gone as it should be, so if I trade anyone here for the achievement, it would just have to be a coal for a coal so that at least a transaction occurred.

I'll toss in a 50% off Shadowgrounds Survivor coupon for a coal (or a game). After looking at what the game is about, I seriously do not want to use this coupon lol.

Got Skyrim. Don't even feel bad about the price since I actually bought relatively little from the sale so far.

Have gotten relatively bad coupons so far, even from crafting. Well, my second try at crafting got me Munch's Oddysee. Which I already have.

I'm exactly the same. I buy those indie bundles all the time but never get around to downloading them. At least it means I have a lot of those daily achievment games already.

What's really annoying are the games that have achievements that take minutes to get but have sizes upwards of 5 GB. :x

I've decided that all those discount items are completely worthless, they are all for games which are already on sale now.
Now I'm just hoarding coals and giving the games I get to friends that don't have 'em.

The coupons don't activate until next year and then expire in March. It is likely that the package won't exist at that time, or that there will not be another sale on those products during the usage period of the coupons to prevent stacked sales.

That's why they are completely useless, you get a better deal for the pack right now than after with the coupon... No reason to wait O.o

Picked up Beat Hazard as I heard good things from it from WoW buddies and it's ridiculously hard.

I would only get them if I intended to play them right now. Otherwise I’ll wait till 75% off the price.

Beat Hazard is a fun little game but a bit heavy on the eyes a lot of pomegranate going on. It's more fun with the ultra add-on. There is almost always an achievement for it in every sale too, though they are usually the more challenging ones.

Bastion has been 75% off multiple times already in the past. The game isn't even that expensive either.
