So Su's in the tank because she was heavily injured by Phantom long ago. She and Orca had killed Aria in a battle @ Ereve long ago. Su's...spirit...floats around the maple world in her stead, and Phantom meets this spirit through The Rememberer, goes to Edelstein to find her in the tank, and then, I think, kills her. It's hard to tell from just the quest start/ends.

Edit: Also, I can only seem to find like 1 quest dealing with Hilla. If you guys want to look, go through the quests and ctrl+f "힐라" if you want.

So it seems the job advancements revolve around finding secret stashes Phantom left around the Maple World long ago. Guardian, the giant raven statue, was guarding the one at Leafre, but broke over the years and attacked everyone, including Phantom. Lol, he says the statue cost him a lot of money XD

You ask the housekeeper about Hilla (which translates to GMS as Hella, which is important), and she tells you to ask one of the fairies.
You go on a pretty amusing wild goosechase to find Hilla. Turns out, if you've done the Book of the Ancient quests, you know that Spiruna's assistant, ????, is really named Hella. BA-DUM-TS!

I don't think this is it. Remember the resistance tutorial? It looks like when you accidental fall into the lab that some of the people in the tubes have like dragon tails and what not. I think he is working on some sort of chimera army.
