I don't think it comes out of the box at all f3, but why do you need it? Isn't vip better?

Well, it's confirmed to drop from empress, and empress is confirmed to have been killed, so it's very possible that there's one out there.
Especially since its been almost 2 weeks now since legend(2 weeks of it being unglitched)

I assumed they came from hero boxes, but now I'm not sure.
