Could see Shen becoming a viable support after this with the heal buff, though I don't think decreasing the base heal was necessary.

The charm its not exactly Fast (But not completely Slow), i still have some troubles trying to land it tbh, but when i want to be aggresive i start with R>W in the middle of R>E>Q>etc etc.

Got myself an EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti, and cranked everything up to the max for a test run. I'm getting strange hiccups for whatever reason, but otherwise the results are promising. Also, some flowers have square shadows, and the trees are as polygonal as ever.

I used to have everything on Max but had to set my character models down. Would get weird blurry lines through certain champions and like those box skeletons through others.

Yeah, it's not easy to land in many cases. But being able to land one over an entire game, shouldn't be too hard.

Skype breaks when I call people, so I spent forever fixing that. After I fix that, LoL breaks. Thank god I fixed that pretty easily. Also, I accidentally played a game with Lux masteries and AP runes. We won because our Riven got fed, but I was able to Xerath in the mid once before lane phase was over.

I don't think so. I fail to see how internet can cause things to lag then suddenly jump ahead in a couple milliseconds. Especially when you're staring at auto-attack particles like Anivia's horridly slow snowflakes, which shouldn't ever have to exhibit this behavior if it is caused by internet connectivity.

Ah, so I'm not the only one who is having trouble getting used to Charm (then again, I'm still pretty low leveled and need to learn a lot more about the game). It's annoying to cast if you have minions in the way. So far, I like Ahri, though.

If you've watched how another champion plays over the length of the entire game I can't imagine how bad you must be then. Just because you haven't seen her land a proper one in a teamfight does not mean that she hasn't landed one perfectly when you weren't around. I play Ezreal and Lux a lot and it bugs me to no end when people cry about me missing my laser or anything once. Most skillshots aren't easy to land when the opponent knows what he's doing and there isn't a setup cc.

I understand completely that missing skillshots will happen, I whiff stuff all the time, far more than most people I play with. I didn't say in any post that the Ahri was terrible, that I found them a bad player, or anything besides that I really wish they landed stuff, and that it shouldn't be terribly difficult to land at least one skillshot. I left no closing statement to that, because I assumed nobody would be silly enough to say the only reason that somebody can facepalm at another player's performance is, well, the content of your post. Instead of say, just wishing they had performed better that game, because better performance means a better chance of winning. You're poking holes at a stance I'm not making, please chill.

I really wish the multi-IM client I run would update to take full use of the Skype toolkit, so I could video call without having to run Skype side-by-side with everything else

Just played a game with Lux.

Was solo top against Wukong and Fizz, thought I was gonna lose my lane. They were two of the most annoying champs I've ever faced seriously. They both rush it, poke and run away. Turns out, they were bad and I ended up getting fed.
Meanwhile in solomid, our MF was feeding an Ahri so she got pretty fed. That Ahri decides to try and gank me with Wukong/Fizz. I triple killed them, lol.
Our Jax and MF fed the entire game and it was only really me and Voli carrying (with a Malphite soaking their damage for us). They got us down to our inhib, sacrificing myself with my hourglass to get them distracted while Voli killed them. Aced them. Pushed up to turret before their inhib and a fight breaks out top lane. Me and Malphite ignore it and carry on pushing. We won, lol.

So I'm now back home from college, and I find out my home's interwebz is horribly slow. Now to figure how how bad it is before I jump into a match. I swore it wasn't this bad 4 months before.

Has ANYONE gotten a dodge rune refund yet?
