No you cannot. But since you can use every scroll on the heart, it is practically free attack what ever amount of crappy 60% works on the heart.

Also, if you're strong enough you can solo BGA, BGB, and The boss and use whatever 70% weapon scrolls he happens to drop (of course there is the potential to break it with them, but it's a very easy source of 70% weapon scrolls).
