Ginjo gets beat down, Tsukishima is SOMEHOW alive after getting ripped apart by Byakuga and then out of no where- POOF! Riruka to the rescue after inserting herself inside Rukia for some wierd reason.

CAN'T WAIT FOR 1-2 MORE CHAPTERS OF BACKSTORY BEFORE GINJO GETS BACK UP AND WE HAVE AN ENTIRE FIGHT ALL OVER AGAIN.

Yea and? I wasn't implying that he wasn't injured, just more surprised that he was able to attempt to pineapple with Ichigo after getting f'uck owned.

I was implying that the hole in the middle of his chest makes him look like he's about to turn into a hollow.

That would be a pretty big stretch. We know Byakuga put that there.

I know, but... seeing as how the hole in the middle of the chest has been such a huge part of the identity of a hollow, it seems half-assed to give someone that isn't going to become a hollow or anything interesting like that such a huge visual indicator.

In order to turn in to a hollow someone must die first. Which happen to Tsukishima when byakuga killed him. I just find it weird that he is still alive after what byakuga did to him. He is human after all and when humans die with regret they turn in to hollows.

Pretty good chapter was expecting ginjo to turn in to a hollow, but that didnt happen. Was kinda shocked that Riruka was still alive all this time. If that was a doll rukia i wonder where the real one is. Or is that the real one?

Aside from Perona getting cut, chapter was worthless.

Given the hollow theory i can already see a possible ending. He turns to hollow -> hollow either stays hollow status or escalates to an arrancar (because a hollow standing a chance against ichigo would be hilarious) where he can still use his sword's powers -> requires teamwork from ginjo and ichigo -> he becomes ally -> teamwork in next arc to bring down soul society for something/go after the soul king or something.

Given the hollow theory i can already see a possible ending. He turns to hollow -> hollow either stays hollow status or escalates to an arrancar (because a hollow standing a chance against ichigo would be hilarious) where he can still use his sword's powers -> requires teamwork from ginjo and ichigo -> he becomes ally -> teamwork in next arc to bring down soul society for something/go after the soul king or something.

Only problem I have with this is that ginjo is basically lifeless after getting all cut up and Orihime is incapacitated atm, so she can't heal him.

I found this page interesting. That drawn out yell is exactly the same kind that Aizen used to do before he transformed with the hogyoku. I guess with all the symbolism, something could happen with him.

So why not just give his powers back? At least then ginjo wouldn't remain a significant character as far as battle strength goes. Having him return to being a battle ally would really piss me off.

Lol, even while still a shinigami, Ginjo looked like Aizen before this combed his hair.

Meh, to be fair, all he needs to do for Ginjo to die now is leave him there and have his wounds kill him.

My favourite part of this fight was certainly the whole

Yes, leaving his x-friend/enemy to suffer and die from blood loss is much better. He definitely needs all of his powers back and letting Ginjo live is not an option. The only fullbringer that I could see possibly being left alive is Riruka, but she did just take a hit to the chest, so I can't viably see any of them surviving.
