So, I read that they can reset your item back to its original stats and can even de-level your Reverse/Timeless gear.
My question is: Will it make it tradeable once again? Not just specifically these items. I'm mainly curious about Empress gear becoming tradeable again with the success of one of these scrolls.

Perhaps, legendary spiriting the item will produce a tradable item since you aren't actually equipped with the item??

I haven't tested if it would make them tradable but it would be weird if you scrolled it onto an equip making it tradable until it's equipped WHILE it's equipped, wouldn't it not? My guess is no on this.
They do, however, revert the hammers used on the item and make the item completely average (tested this on a top).
