So today I received an email from my university inviting me to apply for the BCom Honours program (I know it's only an invitation, but on the back of my grades I'm pretty much in). I'm really not sure if want. Is there anyone here that has experiences with the Honours program that can share an opinion with me?

Depends on if your college requires an Honors Program curriculum to graduate with Honors. Most American Universities just have Honors programs for those students to brag, but any student currently attending can generally submit a research thesis along with a certain GPA threshold to graduate with Honors so it's a little silly.

You can't graduate with Honours without being invited to Honours here...

Honours works differently depending on the country. It is probably best to ask people in NZ universities.
