The problem with this is it's reached the level of perfection, and once you're satisfied with your position in an MMO the game is over. You've got the carrot. What do you do now?

yeah i gave up on that a while ago. i just play now to squeeze what little fun out of the game i can.

It's not even just the range that made me expect this guy to have hacked equips. Anyone who claims to be "DA BEST LOL" isn't even hinting it, IMO.

Levels and huge damage range is no longer something to be impressed at anymore unless the person is known to be legit, sadly.

I can't even fathom having a range like that, albeit a hacked range.
Hell I've never broken 30k range even on my 163 Corsair because I didn't spend a fortune on cubes yet people are able to abuse potential and enhancements enough to reach ranges that high...it's rather mindblowing.

Eh, the only way I can sleep at night is having my own list of who I consider legit. And that list is considerably, considerably shorter than the generally accepted lists; any duped gear and you aren't legit until you unequip it (and that's giving them a lot of legroom, since they technically grind much faster equipped with the hacked/duped stuff anyway), any grinding on hacked maps, any taking advantage of exploits anyone including nonhackers can use, et cetera. Just because a game breaking glitch that anyone can use isn't fixed doesn't mean it's OK to use it, you know?

It's not even that I have a problem with the hackers themselves if they are honest about it and not douches that go around flaunting (aka, this guy), back when I played on Khaini I was pretty good friends with Renato and Paniksteve because they mostly did funny stuff (like force entering a zakum party, coming into the map midbattle, and sitting on the side chatting while taking all MISSes; not like they are contributing any damage, so who cares if they do that!). I'm going to dislike a person that bots and lies about it than a person that does a lot more than just botting but at least will admit to it.

300k+ range pre-legendary potential...

Considering the guy has multiple 301 bows and an unlimited supply of NX from account thefts, nothing is "expensive".
