Well considering my original response was pretty light-hearted with no real evidence to support it besides that one ss and maybe one other, I didn't expect someone to come out and start show casing their awesome luck with cubes.

More of, waiting till I can afford cubes, but it doesn't matter much, since I don't really care/don't want to sink more nx into the game right now(RL bills/rent > NX).

Second and third lines follow the next rank under the primary line. That belt is Unique, so it should get potentials from Pool D(6%) and Pool C(4%), instead it's got Pool D(6%, primary) and Pool B(2%, secondary).
Whether it's just craft reveals that do that, or newly cubed gear as of the patch, I don't know.
