Putting both Meso and Magic guard on would probably be a bit redundant... And I think Meso Guard is a better option because Phantom don't have much MP to protect themselves in the first place.

I'd personally run
1st: Haste (Dark Sight is rather pointless with Card Shroud or w/e their ultra tele is called)
2nd: Hyper Body, Meso Guard, Flash Jump (Just because I can)
3rd: Holy Symbol, Combo Attack, Arrow Rain (While in 3rd job)/Combat Orders ((When in 4th)
4th: Everything.

I need someone to make this clear to me. I thought Phantom could steal up to 4 skills in both 1st and 2nd job, 3 in 3rd job and 2 in 4th job

BUT...

I thought they could use ONE skill from each job advancement at a time. Meaning they can't use, say, hurricane and Holy charge without switching one for the other in that Stolen skills management window.

If they can freely use all skills they steal all the time, that would be stupid. Why would the job need its own set of skills when you just need to use Talent and steal the best from other jobs?

It's the blood dagger.
It was in a video, I feel like shakar's list is incomplete.
For all the weapons it looks like it's the 90-100 weapon for that class that they have a booster for.

That is correct

Buffs go away if you use one then switch the skill (like from Rage to Bless, Rage would go away).

So I feel they took a really good idea with lots of potential and then just made it use a lot of other classes skills. Pretty disappointed and my head hurts from slamming it into my desk when I realized that yet ANOTHER class will be using a hurricane style skill. This is just getting ridiculous.

taking a differernt approatct than the standard huricanne peoples. Wouldnt a good skill set be:
2nd threaten
3rd Sacrifice
4th holy charge/ corsiars homing( what ever gives more damage). probably wrong but it seems like a good idea. If u dont like huricane style that is.

then wouldn't the perfect combination for survival + dps be:
2nd - meso guard
3rd - 1 of the 3 elemental charges (+140% dmg + elemental advantage compare to 125% non-advanced combo)
4th - rapid fire?
