I was gonna go confirm in tespia the other day... but I got super lazy. They have monster cards so it's probably accurate, right?

im not the best of help but i think one of the 2 pepes in mushroom kingdom drop the level 25/30 dual bows.

I also found level 15 ones today from either green or horny mushies.

Oh and Ribbon Pigs drop the Level 20 Cannon

the gold rabbits in chryse drop the level 50 and level 60 cannons.

When do you stop getting the free weapons/armours from Maple Admin?

Level 70 Bowgun drops from one of the two robos, and Sand Rats drop the level 80 cannon
