I watched K-on first season, very bad anime, IMHO Zero not tsukaima was better (first-second season).

Lirin's not Tsundere at all. Aran's been confirmed as a girl for a long time, it's just that her NPC being a guy in the past made people sceptical. So far we haven't really had a "Tsundere" girl character yet except for Starling.

As far as I know, they haven't really done any solid confirmation on Aran.
In some storyline pieces, Aran is male, others have Aran as female.
Cross-dressing hero GO.
The only pretty much confirmed ones are Mercedes(Female), Evan(Male), and Phantom(Male).

Sue/Lotus is also confirmed as a guy. The description for the NPC reads "A Flower faced boy with the ability to (can't translate the rest)."

Sue/Lotus will be paired with Aria because their descriptions and their somewhat ghostly appearance match.
