I imagine you would be accounting the extra 98 base int being lukless. Since the staff needs 98 luk to use.

that's 94 luk saved so 94 int boost to the lukless. lama's base matk is 58(?) average. 58 + 94 = 152 magic total.

152 > 121

So being lukless is better in terms of damage.

Or even better a lvl 70 or 130 ele wand, since they havent implemented the damage reduction yet.
