I don't remember why, but I never took any screenshots before December 2005. >_> Good times.

I was told I'd get 5k nx if I gave a guy 7k mesos back in v15... I was scammed... I felt so sad.

I remember the first time I was able to get 10k mesos at once. (I used to almost never use potions, and I pause to use the chair to heal, even during job advancement - Just to save money)

A friend of mine really wanted to visit NLC to buy a claw there, and I felt bad because they seemed to really want it, but I really didn't wanna let all my hard work go to waste. =S

EDIT: =O Scratch that! I think I remember my first day playing.

I made a Mage-to-be and didn't know about the taxi - so me, a friend, and a new guy I just met in-game were trying to walk all the way to Ellinia to advance. It was tough, and eventually one of us died >< BUT we found out that dying brought you to the closest town =O so we all suicided to reach Ellinia xD

My first day playing was when I was told by my best friend about the game and she told me to join Bera... there was no Bera in the game, so what was she-- OOPS, I DOWNLOADED MSEA BY MISTAKE.

Well I remember a few things but not much, my first job was a warrior that was gonna become a fighter, I was always begging my friend that told me to play this for better HP potions since the ones you got from most shop in victoria didn't heal enough, meet some guy with my char name as his guild, took me I think about a month to get to level 30, while I discovered how OP thief were and to top all that lend my password to my friend so he could level my warrior since I couldn't (didn't have internet at my house at that time and played at an internet cafe) and he ended up banning him, lesson: learned.

Unfortunatley since I've started I've burned through 3 computers but my oldest memory is when I was wearing the blue paong set killing red ribbon pigs at pig beach..the thrill of learning savage blow kept me going

The days where I loved my I/l mage back then. I didn't care about dmg or my gear.

Yes, I was an allrounder, putting all up to the roughly same level, even asking in the old EMS forums if I could join a guild at below lv 10 because I saw a guy there in a guild.

One of my earliest memories was of the very first person banned for attempting to sell cash items in perion ch 1. This was way back when cash shop equipment first came out. Poor guy.. mystery GM appeared and said that it was against ToS or something and he was never unbanned hahah.. Nexon ate his cash..

I'm also an ancient mapler if I happen to be able to bring one shot I had from the start of the English service. Seems so distant to think of how far we have come since the days when the limits were just stuck to Sleepywood as endgame content. Of course there were still jerks back then as well.

Go figure when the original login happened to originally be the email address you used to sign up to play. In my case I wound up losing the account by accident for my original character in beta when they switched to the user name. The name I had used from both the lost character and the name from beta are still with me. Ansryr is one I'm contemplating on making into a Mercedes, while Aanyil is staying as my I/L.

Oldest memory was getting scammed by this dude for like 400k in Perion Channel 1. I was a sad little kid when I never received my NX >_>.

Second oldest memory was around the time guilds were created. I was the highest level in the guild and hence was made Jr. Master. Only thing is I didn't know what "AznAngels" meant and people were telling me "Isn't that a bit racist?" So being the idiot little kid I was thinking "Azn" was like the K.K.K. or Hitler or something I left the pretty good guild.

Stupid abbreviation in my defense.

My first Maple memory was playing an archer WAY back in the days of 2006 during Maple Anniversary. Too bad I was so nub that I had no idea how to get anything good from the events. Instead I spent levels 22-30 at Fire Boars and not once did I get that Arwen's Shoe. I believe I quit my archer at level 35 due to how much it sucked and I went to an I/L mage cause' Sakura Cellions were like the best way of making money. Back then both Fire Boars and Sakuras were so busy that you HAD to KS in order to gain any xp at all.

All in all I think I quit after that and came back like 6 months later with a Diablo II guild I was in that switched to Maplestory. Made a Warrior and got +dex equips from a friend that quit. That got me to level 108 on that character

Doesn't show much, as for oldest memory was perhaps LPQ. Back then i loved it. Everyone was there it was pretty much the social hub of the lv35to50 range which lasted forever seriously!

Truthfully don't remember any specific timeline, but a few from the general time won't hurt. Typically involved me and my IRL friends in high school arsing around for the most part.

I don't have any screenies anymore, that desktop went to computer heaven a while ago.
Earliest thing I can probably remember is probably hanging around Lakelis in Kerning, trying to get in a party. Iirc, I only went once or twice ever, I had no idea what was happening.
I have some really hazy memories of those apple suits and the training camp, THAT TOWER, MANG.
Also, of being a 1x thief in Kerning city, walking past Manji's brother or something, with the wooden sword. Also, picking up a wooden sword and equipping it because I could use it and I thought it looked so cool.
Also, watching my friend who introduced me to MS having a 5x spearman and him being in one of the Evil Eye caves and me thinking he was soooooo pro.
Then he switched to PS's.
EDIT: also, platitude as it may be, training in HHG. Thought I was so pro when I could move up to the upper levels.

I wish i still had my old computer with all my 2005-06 SS' =(

My earliest memory is my nib bowmen in Bera but i decided to start in a world by myself so when Windia came out i made a warrior there and tried to be low dex which was like 20dex in my 20s, was such a terrible idea lmao. when the maple anniversary came i was still in my 20s (yes i'm a fast leveler, i know....) and i heard of a sword that gave accuracy so i hunted that sword every chance i got. I was kinda stuck at green mushies anyway cause i couldnt hit zombie ones with my awesome dex. Never did find a sword, or a panlid =P i Still miss that character, when i quit i lost the account and the email =( I still look up that warrior from time to time, KiLLaKajmir. What i'd do to get that character back.
