Magician %/s (KMS FLY 2 & GMS Dawnveil)
So Joe since Mist Eruption hits 6 times with 460% and Para hits 4 times with 240% can you redo calculations please =D

There is a problem with the Battle Mage section of your table. The damage on each mob up to six should rise linearly. 1 mob = 4927%, 2 = 9854%, 3 = 14781%, 4 = 19708%, 5 = 24635%, 6 = 29562%. I know for above six it will drop off because our teleport doesn't hit 8 mobs. Why is the damage not increasing linearly?

Investigating. Good catch. Was missing an adjustment to The Finisher's mob count, and targets affected by ADA's damage.


Added weapon speed tables for all jobs. Possible with Speed Infusion/Yellow Aura. Evans are already at Fastest (2) I believe.

Thanks for the updates JoeTang.

I don't see much to warrant picking a f/p over i/l due to the similar damage they possess at mobs
with lower % def.

Hope they increase eruption's number of hits again.

I'm lost, can someone explain to me why F/P went lower than before? I thought the 4 hits in Paralyze and 6 hits in Eruption were a great boost. Frown

Damn, I have to admit that this change came unexpected to me.

Oh, and I'm waiting for Evans and BaMs to get Tele Mastery upgrade. Go KMS!

Still misleading.

It's weaker because of less % per hit, but more hits is better in the end.

I know that the damage of funded f/p will be stronger due to the increased number of hits.

Just wondering if the average f/p will be weaker from this kmst update.

hmm. The current live KMS damage for Mist Eruption was 600% (according to the last extraction of KMS). I was using 600%, which means they lost a bit of damage going from 600%x5 to 460x6, compared to KMST's 550%x5 to 460%x6 which is an increase. The damage loss (240%) is amplified by the fact that it gets increased by retarded amounts from Mist Eruption's multiplier (1,076%). Comparatively, Paralyze only got 60% more damage total.

Sort of, for Mist Explosion it's better because we now have less problems with the damage cap.

31k = max on eruption. (im sure if ur including maxed out arcanes aim and maybe infinity) Mediocre ppl have ranges from 10k~20k >_> and 20k is pushing it.

When I looked at the first table and saw the weapon speeds, I thought they finally updated magicians to use weapon speeds, but then I read his actual update post ;-;

oh well, I can keep waiting.

It is odd that explorer mages are the only classes unaffected by weapon speed.

130 ele wands are slow (I'm not sure why gms downgraded them from normal to slow) while ele staves are the only higher leveled weapons with fast speed.

With MW 19, Medi, and Arcane Aim, I can only hit max if I crit. Otherwise I need to use Infinity.

Well i read somewhere that you needed a range of 2x,xxx but low liek 21k. But that must of including infinity because that would be when the % read out would begin to lie when compared to the actual damage because of the cap. either i still said that you could hit max with 31k and you can (even without infinity) even if it is at a low chance.

 With Teleport:

For Bishops. Added Big Bang for 7+ mobs. Doesn't scale as well with weapon speed because charge time is unaffected. Genesis is still detrimental for higher targets. No Teleport because of charging.
Bishop:

 Weapon Speed: Fastest (2)
