According to max, it was during legend, it was added along with the "quick move" system.

Just curious has anyone been able to find a way into NLC? I tried going to the subway but the option isn't there.

If anyone has a char in NLC could they let me know so they can get me a couple return scrolls and I'll let them know when I am on later after work? Unless there is a way to get there that I'm not seeing...

Some idiots in MapleSEA are buying the ring recipes at 150SGD on average while i've heard of one fellow who bought the recipe at 300SGD because our drop rates were messed around by our publisher.
Thats like US$116 for a single batch of pixels..

The speed boost is invisible. meaning what used to be 100% is now 80%

LOL wut. I bought the recipe for around 45mil and then made the ring for around 100m (including the recipe). Another reason that it sucks to be on MapleSea :/

Not necessarily; I could be wrong. If that many people are vouching against me, I'm pretty sure it's just my memory failing me. And the speed boost is invisible? That explains a lot. Although I still feel slow... Maybe it's just because DS and Mercedes are so freaking fast xD

Unfortunately, the NLC potions are unchanged. Ginger Ales still only stack in 100s. =(
