Oh, well in KMS, I read that they had an event where the Maple Admin gives you equipment boxes up to level 70 that has a full set of gear, including weapons.

Each mine can now be entered 3 times a day, mines exist for all except level 9 and level 10 ores. Shame there doesn't seem to be anywhere you can actually buy the advanced/expert tickets yet. I am blindly assuming it's the same for herb patches as well.
