Hair style is the same as the black wings dude from the notes from a few weeks ago. More evidence to the theory that this man is the same as the black wings member, meaning that the thief legend has infiltrated the black wings as one of their generals. I like.

This man's Orca's missing twin. She mentions in some quests for both Mercedes and Demon Slayer that she has a twin brother, if i recall correctly, he's named Sue or something like that.

So this is why Pirates and thief revamp is so crappy (to pirates atleast) because they are working on DB 3.0 + sakura card captor. They better give us back ST and battleship.
