compensation by nexon for hackings?

When i logged on today i found out someone took my 117 fire arund and lvl 17 evolving ring among other things as well as my 175 ish mil. I only log on to play sporadically out of boredom, my buddy list is empty and guild has been dead for a decent amount of time. Now i remember seeing in a thread somewhere that people were compensated in some way by nexon for this type of thing, I was just wondering what the procedure was for getting this comp. so i can at least have something to work with. thanks

Log a ticket. And then wait. When they get their arses out of the wagon they will send you some items according to your level. Reverse and Timeless stuff, a Blackfist cape and Visitor earrings should be what they send for a lvl 120+ character.

iirc, it's reverse for below 150 and timeless for above 150.
Might be 160, don't remember very well.
Mages get a VIP or LUWG guest shield as well, I'm not certain on which one.

3rd or Last. We would've seen a lot more VIPs in the market otherwise. There's only 2 VIP in Galicia that I know of and I have both of them, at the moment.
