HP wash & INT gearing

Anyone know if they've fixed the whole more int per lvl = more MP gain system?

&When/how does HP wash get fixed? I've been reading up a lot of mentions about it across many forums but have yet to find out exactly how it works.

Legend patch changes it.
INT no longer gives +MP for all non-mage classes.

In this case, warriors will always get their base MP gain of 4, per level up, regardless of the amount of INT they have.

Legend patch implements the change I just explained :f6:

Also, the current HP washed characters keep their HP, they don't "lose HP" or "get reset" after the patch hits.
Some people are going full INT builds on characters right now to get the most out of all the extra MP before the patch.

both. add some MW 30 to boot. and you get some massive int.

JMS didn't get rid of INT stuff, so it's possible we might not get rid of it.

Screw that idea, we 9.99999/10 copy everything from wherever it came from (that was used literal with Monster Familiars on Tespia). Or we'll pull a "keep-LHC-party-play" thing.

Mostly just Base INT for the full Maple Warrior effect.

yea, but an example, at 500 int base (leveling 1~100, take a few, but we'll use that for now) MW 30 gives 75 int for a total of 575 int.

then you can ask your guildies for some common %int cape/vss/glove/earring, and raise it even more.

You'd still be able to wash out the remaining MP until you hit your minimum.

The only class uneffected are magicians but no one is jumping to hp wash a mage.

It's not that hp washing gets fixed it's that having extra int no longer gives extra mp making hp washing impossible to do on new chars or chars that have hit the bottom limit for mp.

I can see them not implementing this as I'm sure washing is a nice revenue generator. I think it's a matter of if they realize what the changes will actually do.

That's kind of what we mean when we say HP washing is "Fixed".

So how did those super funded Mercedes get so much HP? Is it from having lots of HP% equips?

I know it is, but by saying hp washing is fixed you're also clearly confusing the TS. I just went to the barebones of it. This is what's happening and why you won't be able to hp wash anymore.

We all use short hand and it's nice when people know what we are talking about but when they don't it just confounds the problem. You can still hp wash, so hp washing isn't getting fixed, it's the other changes that are being made that make hp washing no longer able to be performed. The end result is no more hp washing on new characters because you can longer gain mp by having int when you level up but that's a mouthful, so hp washing is fixed is being used.

More likely: copy-paste from KMS - int no longer adds mp. Six months later, copy-paste from JMS, int starts adding to mp again without any warning.

So how did those super funded Mercedes get so much HP? Is it from having lots of HP% equips?

That's my guess. High HP+High Damage=Cataclysm.
