Missed the opening, only started with Rainbow Dash swimming in the clouds.

-Thanks Rainbow Dash, now you are the new Spiderman. LOL
-I am no idea why all these bad ideas are suddenly happening. I kept thinking it's just a dream.
-Rainbow Dash is now Spiderman
-I'm amused at crane machine. (Wooden) steam punk is now confirmed as canon?
-Masked Mare is Trixie?!
-And suddenly dis-confirmed, and is actually and Alicorn??? Oh wow, I smell Mary Sue status for Masked Mare.
-Peanut butter jar >>> magic and Rainbow Dash. Trololo
-Rainbow Dash is slowly going crazy/obsessed with her need for fame
-Rainbow Dash loves being FOREVER ALONE?
-Fuuuuuuu- totally didn't expect that reveal
-That Pinkie Pie chocolate cake bit = I smell exploitable screencaps incoming

Overall, I rate it as a bit hard to believe all that stuff happened, but I quickly rolled with it and was liking it a lot.

When I started seeing her appear and disappear in too many spots when Rainbow Dash was chasing her I figured it would be what it was.

When I started seeing her appear and disappear in too many spots when Rainbow Dash was chasing her I figured it would be what it was.

I got so caught up in believing there's only one that it didn't cross my mind. Although, I thought her constant disappearing and reappearing was due to the Masked Mare abusing Teleport magic. It made sense that I'd think she'd be good enough with magic to Teleport spam if I thought she was an Alicorn.

Was probably to shake things up, knowing not to be TOO formulaic.

Now that I think about it, this episode definitely felt the most different out of the rest of Season 2. Definitely wasn't for the worse though; was an interesting feel.

That was an okay episode but a bit underwhelming. Maybe it's because it was predictable (okay with that except the last episode was predictable as well,) I just want to be surprised or be excited to find out what happens in the end, ya feel me? But these general hints are kinda bland and obvious. I don't like seeing Rainbow Dash become obnoxious or be frustrated when she doesn't have the "hero" title. I don't know why the rest of the Mane 6 can just tell RD she's being too egotistic.

Regardless, I love the little moments like Scootaloo hosting a fan club, batman chase theme, and RD feeling sad & alone on that grey cloud. I'm a bit surprised Pinkie Pie didn't GIGGLE AT THE GHOSTIE when she heard ghosts, instead she runs away. That's not like Pinkie. o.o

So I didn't see AJ=Rarity as seem like a lot of you guys did but totally saw that is was the Mane 6? :f6:

-Twilight, just look at those colors.
-Twilight ain't strong so it must be AJ(cart part).

-Ok somehow Twilight made a strong, agile and wings spell

I missed the opening until the second run so I didn't know there was a Rainbow Dash fanclub. Because of this, I thought Scootaloo was the only one wearing RD's mane until I saw more. That was probably the best moment for me.

As far as the episode goes, I figured the pony was Fluttershy at first, but after the scene at the dam I knew it was all of them. It was nice entertaining the thought that it was Luna, but there's no mistaking that that was the color of Twilight's magic.

I pretty much agree with all of this, honestly.

As for the guesses, my guesses went like this;

"Okay, the eyes totally say Twili-- oh, she's over there. Okay nevermind."
"Wut, she's using magic? Okay, that IS Twilight."
"ALICORN? OKAY, THAT'S DEFINITELY LUNA."

And then my mind imploded at the reveal. Also, L>Tank appearance.

So I finally got to watch episode 8 aaaand...

The whole RainbowDash fan group was kinda random, I would expect scootaloo to have it, but I didn't expect it to have that many people in it.
The whole Mare do well thing was a great plot device, I liked how it was the 3 of them, so neat.
Overall, it was an enjoyable episode, not my favorite but it was very memorable.
