1) We are aware of some of the errors players are getting. If you are getting one of these errors please post in the bug section of this thread along with the description of the error, and if possible a screenshot of it.

2) Playing with third party mods (which is against the ToS) are causing graphical glitches. Please remove the unauthorized mods if you wish to play the game without graphical problems.

3) Character balance is something that is done by the developers not Nexon. We can give them suggestions on balance, but ultimately it is their choice on class balance.

4) If you believe your account was compromised please send in a ticket to our Customer Support team. Community Managers do not have power nor handle anything account related.

5) If you are experiencing lag, please remove your mods which some players have concluded is causing lag since the update. If that does not fix your issue, please create a thread within our technical support forum and describe what you are experiencing.

6) We have checked our servers and there is no issues with our log in servers. Please describe in detail what you are experiencing.

7) This was done in order for players who meet the requirements but are having quality issues due to spammed skills. We will not revert the change.

I have never modded anything, nor do I run any third-party programs. Yet the last time I tried to HT (couple of weeks ago I think), body parts went transparent as they died, until I dc'ed.

If they're just saying that to try and scare people straight, that's cool. But if they truly believe they have no more graphic memory leaks of their own... :-(

...i think i need to elaborate, that was on the Dragon Nest forums. where modding aparently DID glitch people up when they tried to install them after the last patch.

Hello Maplers!

During the Black Friday Sale, some of the pet equips that were supposed to be permanent had a 90 day expiration date. We will soon replace these equips with permanent versions for the players who bought them. This only applies to the pet items sold during Black Friday that were supposed to be permanent.

At this point I don't think we will have a server alliance with Kradia and Yellonde. We were fully supporting the idea but there were physical issues preventing it from happening. It may come up again in the future but for now it is something no longer planned.

Currently, what is happening is we are reviewing players who have been mistakenly suspended. We have to ensure the abusers who need to stay suspended, well, stay suspended. I don't foresee this issue staying any long but it isn't up to me when this will be resolved. Thank you.

Well, we didn't get new servers with Legends like KMS did, so maybe they're not going to make any new servers for a while. That's what I'm hoping at least, there are too many dead ones.
