ITT: things personal website should have.

Aside from pomegranates one wants to put in its own website. What feature should the site has.
Anything in here will, and it will, be in my site. As long as it's not beyond html's ability.
This is a great opportunity to ruin one's new-born site, you shouldn't pass this away.

Insert old fashioned crap and put deprecated tags, don't forget your <marquee> and embed a MP3 players to annoy your visitors!

Jk, you should look up on HTML5.... should give you some ideas.

Be sure to tell the world how amazing you are in various ways on several different pages. Oh, and include a page about your pets, everyone loves those.

Blink tags, <h1> and underlined Times New Roman font, lots (and I mean LOTS) of gifs and as for a colour scheme, whenever you need a new colour pick it at random without any consideration of the others. Everything in this site needs to grab the visitors attention, even the bullet points.

You definitely need to embed some loud music that starts playing when the page loads. I suggest a high-quality MIDI or WAV should do the trick. Color scheme should be yellow font on a bright lime green background. That way it gives the page a nice "natural" feel, like they're sitting on a grassy knoll, reading your page on a laptop and basking in the bright sunlight.

In order to welcome them to your site, there should be a flash animation that's unskippable because you know that it's so awesome that watching it is an absolute "must"! Try to keep it short, like 5 min or so, but the 24-hour Nyan cat could also work.

When they want to look at a different page on your site, there should be a nice popup dialog that tells them what a good choice they made, that you hope they enjoy the content that will soon flood their eyes, or something along those lines. This way, the site seems friendlier, and it's like a two-way conversation among friends, rather than them feeling like a stalker reading about you. And when they ultimately decide to leave your site altogether, ask them if they're absolutely, positively, definitely sure that they want to leave through a few dozen popups. If they say yes, then redirect them to a page where they have about 1 second to close the browser before dozens of shock-site images appear because they have been such an unfaithful friend to your site.
