Will: Thank you for your first post on the previous page. I'll refrain from commenting on the second one that begins with "Anyways I have some time to answer these questions."

...mainly because you seemed to miss a point or so and arguing about who misinterprets what and what we each really meant is silly.


Anyways:

Played a great game as lux again :3
low on hp... koggles spots me and my team after a team fight (he wasn't in it) and comes in to kill me (he's at full)... Time to man the fk up! Turn around and fire Q E(I don't explode it) and R.

Koggles gets popped by just the Q and R. Our whole team lols since that koggles could've quadra'd us if I died.

Don't be discouraged too much by these guys. On-hit Amumu is a very viable alternative item build compared to something like ap garen. I suggest you check out this guide and post results: http://www.solomid.net/guides.php?g=3212 . I might do the same since now I'm interested how that'd play out. I only fear he'll not be tanky enough in team fights.

Now to find a good team to support for... shouldn't be too hard nobody likes playing support!

Its not like you are tied forever with one team (Unless you are playing professionally), but i heard if you leave a team or get expelled from it you cant return to it (Ever or until second season its over). Afaik you can be a regular member of several teams but i dont think you can be the captain of several teams.

I thought about it and most likely will just join someone's team versus making one myself.

That sucks that you can't rejoin a team if you leave it.

This is a bit of an obscure question but I'm trying to think of champions who snowball very well into late game and become extremely potent. Reason being I'm tempted to try ranked games again soon and would like to start out by picking champs that can almost carry a team by themselves provided they get a decent early game.

Off the top of my head I can think of Akali, Talon, Tryndamere (? I don't own him/have never played him but cleanse seems op on him now), Vayne...

Kassadin, Gangplank, Olaf off the top of my head from recent ranked games I've seen carry hard.

Kass and Olaf in particular get really hard to shutdown once they get a few kills under their belts.

Oh how could I forget Kassadin lol. Out of my past 10 games with him I've lost maybe 2, he's awesome. Agreed on all 3 however I don't own Olaf but I wrecked with him during his free week when I tried him out for the first time.

Whos making the Official SP Ranked team?

Apparently you can only be part of 5 teams at the same time (Either be a member or a captain of that team), and there can only be 8 people in a team including the captain.

I just made the chinchilla team for fun and so nobody could steal it. 8 person limit really makes things lame though when our group is much larger.

Assassins are what you're looking for or obscure champions like Nasus or Veigar that become unstoppable late game. BDing champions can carry a game by themselves too if they're good. Examples are Yi, Twitch, Sivir or TF. I reckon you already know snowball items like sword of the occult or mejaji's soulstealer. 2 fully farmed BT can be scary too on certain champions.

LOL, watching TSMx play one of their first new ranked 5v5's, it's currently 23-0

I'm willing to play AD carry on the Southperry team (I've finally learned Tristana. Screw Ashe).

Can't play much else extremely good. Besides Cho.

Anyways I could create the team right now. Lol. I just need a team tag (3-6 characters).

Best shot is SPNet, unless anyone has anything better.

Edit: Dammit, there's no working TF2 Soldier skin for Tristana.
