Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword [SPOILERS]
Razmos Wrote:The Owl had a name? Maybe it was hidden somewhere in those walls of text it used to spam at me.

I don't think (Haven't played the game in a few years, and can't be bothered to google) it was ever mentioned directly by him but by another character or something.

Or I think it was actually mentioned in Majora's Mask.

Mentioned in the manual I think. Either that or the official guide.

Can anyone that has played briefly describe the motionplus and the 1:1 combat to me?. How does it work?

Still trying to figure out which games I'm trading in. Can't wait to pray game...

Quick question, when do they end the limited/special/whatever edition thing?

When they run out of supply. Duh.

Only the first wave of games will have the specialneatostuff. Much like OoT and MM's initial releases.

Not sure if i'm giving you the answer you are looking for here but:
You hold the nunchuck to raise your shield and push it forward to bash the enemy, the sword follows the way you hold the remote, so you can slash in any direction you want, in the sword training tutorial when you first get the sword it explains the whole thing.
Some enemies can only be killed by slashing along certain directions, so you need to get used to it fast.

there are 2 spin attacks, a horizontal one and a backflippy-vertical one, both are used by moving the nunchuck and the remote left and right or up and down respectively. Both also use up stamina and will tire you out and make you useless for a couple of seconds if you overuse it, and if you knock down an enemy you can flick up the remote and perform a killing blow.

That's my experiences from the hour or so of playing i did last night, still getting used to it

If Skyward sword is as popular as the N64 ones, chances are you wont even see the special edition unless you preordered.

EDIT: I have it. I love it. <3

Yea.. I kinda thought so. Agh. Whatever, I'll at least try and hit some GameStops to see if they have it.
Thanks!

Gossip stones in ocarina of time.

If anyone hasn't read this yet, prepare to laugh your ass off : http://www.zeldainformer.com/2011/11/gam...eview.html

So much disrespect for Gamespot, not that I ever had any respect for them to begin with.

Less than 48 hours remaining for North America. L> Song of Double Time in real life.

Why are you still bothering with reviews talk, though?
And why are all those children on that site acting like they have a pole stuck up their rectum about this?

I'm so confused.

I don't really care. I just find it hilarious that he insists on standing firm to his review even though he was playing completely incorrectly, which is why it received a lower score.

My copy came to today but my wii seems to refuse to play it. Just loads up a black screen and freezes the console. Oh well, ripping it to a hard drive and playing it of that makes it work at least.

I thought Smosh couldn't make good videos anymore.

That was kind of funny.

Lots of people blowing up at that Gamespot review now, haha. Good reason too. That "reviewer" is a grade A retard.

Beat Scaldera and the Earth Temple last night, the whole thing was so nostalgic yet so new at the same time, for example there was a circular room with 2 Lizaflos in it, just like in Ocarina of Time, and the boss was like a beefed up, more awesome version of Dodongo.

And i love the way bombs work now, they don't ignite straight away when you get them out of the bag, and you can refill it by picking up bomb flowers and pressing B to store them in the bag, and being able to roll them is just epic.

Seriously loving it so far, now that i've gotten used to the controls.

Edit: Nevermind. I'm getting the game on the 22nd =(
