Took me 2 tries to find the clues. Riot too good!

Low elo = stupid morons, most don't talk though.
Low-mid elo = stupid raging morons.
Mid elo = Finally some reasonable people. Or raging morons whose mothers locked them in their room to play games all day.
Mid-high elo = Probably the least amount of rage? Which isn't saying much because there will still be rage.
High elo = Rage-spree, if initiated. Pro trolling usually happens instead though.

What is 1400 counted as :x

also on hotfixes - i guess they dont know about the mastery bug. Anyone else get it? since ive patched theres a chance i swap a mastery page in champ select and when i get in game ill have the previous page still. (ex: last game i played ad so i swap to ap masteries but when i get in game i still have my ad mastery page set)

This isn't really true, I can't vouch for the low elo part because I've never been below 1100, but for the rest, there are always ragers, leavers, and trollers in seemingly the same ratio's. Although I must say I haven't been above 1800 something either so it might get better still. [NOPARSE][/NOPARSE]

The Rune / Mastery bug has been in the game for months, it's annoying as hell and I'm rather surprised Riot has yet to fix it.

Basically his early game is really strong and it's going to be hard to outlane him but if he doesn't get fed his potential late game falls off quite a bit and he mostly becomes useful only for his ult.

Unrelated; I haven't lost my past 5 games as AP Soraka so I'm really liking that build over full support. I start out supporting and grab Philo and Kage's but when laning phase is over I start farming (and she farms very fast thanks to Starcall). I used to take CV but with the nerfs to it I tried out the new heal and it's pretty decent on Soraka to give her 3 total heals.

I guess it's a fair comparison except for the fact that yorick builds tanky and leblanc builds 100% AP, so that an underfarmed yorick is just another off tank while leblanc turns into a feeding machine...

Right back at ya, you implied that differnt elo ranges have a differnt amount of ragers in them which isn't true, from my experience at least.

It's true for me however. I also have the balls to say that there are sleeper ragers, in that if you pick a fight with them, they will rage at you.

PS. Level 30s have a higher probability of being ragers, since the tribunal system is pretty harsh on the newbies and weeds them out fairly early if they have social problems.

So what champ should i buy next? wanna hear opinions on these choices:

-Lee sin for jungler
-Brand for Caster
-Shyvanna for Solotop/Jungler
-Wukong for Solotop
-Leona for Aggresive Support
-Ezreal for AD carry?

Those are the ones that comes to mind.
